These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Aquilos, operator of the "Pointed Noize" website, and any individual or legal entity wishing to purchase vinyl records via the website.
Pointed Noize offers new and used vinyl records for sale. Photographs and product descriptions are as accurate as possible but the seller cannot be held liable for slight differences.
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately and indicated before order validation. Pointed Noize reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown in the shop on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Orders are placed exclusively online via the Pointed Noize website. The buyer selects the products and validates their order after having read these TCS. Validating the order constitutes acceptance of the TCS.
Payment is made securely online via Stripe. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
When payment is received, outside of vacation periods, the package is sent within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and destination. Pointed Noize cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 1 day after receiving the package. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify their decision by email to contact@pointednoize.com. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
No warranty is offered on vinyl records sold. Products are sold as is. The buyer is invited to check the condition of the products upon receipt.
Pointed Noize cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of stock shortage, product unavailability, or force majeure.
The information collected is subject to computer processing intended for order management. In accordance with GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion of your data. To learn more, consult our privacy policy.
These TCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
